It has overturned the traditional mode of multiple devices operating step by step. With a single clamping, it can complete complex processes such as drilling, slotting, milling circles and milling irregular shapes on all six sides of the board. It is the core equipment for achieving intelligent and assembly line production.Outstanding performance and stable configurationThe equipment is based on long-lasting and stable high-performance output. The mechanical structure adopts a high-rigidity gantry design. The transmission part is equipped with Japanese Shimpo reducers, Chinese Lesei servo systems, and high-precision square guide rails such as HIWIN /ZTBI, ensuring positioning accuracy and dynamic response during long-term operation. The numerical control system adopts the mature LNC system from Taiwan, featuring a friendly operation interface, simple programming, and stable reliability. In addition, the dual-zone powerful dust removal system can effectively maintain a clean working environment, ensuring the lifespan of equipment and the health of employees.
Wide process adaptability
The equipment features a wide processing range (up to 2800*1200mm) and can easily handle processing requirements ranging from standard three-in-one connection holes and invisible parts holes to various irregular slot holes, handle slots, and edge milling through flexible tool path programming. The suspended aerial workbench and the optional front and rear discharge methods enable it to be easily integrated into an automated production line. Whether it is batch standardized production or flexible customization of multiple varieties and small batches, it can handle it with ease, significantly helping manufacturers shorten the delivery cycle, enhance production capacity and market competitiveness.

This equipment has an extremely wide range of physical processing. Its working area can cover a maximum length of 250 to 2800 millimeters, a width of 50 to 1200 millimeters, and a thickness range of 15 to 30 millimeters. This means that whether it is small decorative components or large cabinet door panels, countertop panels and other standard or non-standard size plates, the equipment can easily accommodate and efficiently process them, providing excellent dimensional flexibility for customized furniture production.
2. Multiple power heads work in coordination to achieve truly efficient full-process processing on all six sides
The core capability of the equipment lies in its integrated multi-axis power system. The upper unit combines two sets of fixed drill bundles (including vertical and horizontal drill bits) and a 6.0KW automatic tool changer spindle. The lower unit integrates a multi-axis drill row and a 3.5KW independent spindle. This combination of "fixed drill bit + changeable tool spindle" enables the equipment to automatically complete all processes such as drilling, slotting, milling circles and milling irregular shapes on the front, back and four sides of the sheet metal in one clamping, completely replacing the cumbersome process of multiple machines operating step by step in the traditional way.
3. Strong drilling and milling capabilities, capable of meeting complex process requirements
In terms of specific processing capabilities, the equipment performs strongly. Its lower multi-axis drill row can achieve large-diameter drilling with a maximum diameter of Φ35 millimeters, and the standard spacing is 32 millimeters, meeting the requirements of mainstream connectors. More importantly, by quickly invoking different tools through the automatic tool magazine (with 5 disc-type tool positions) and in combination with high-power spindles, the equipment can not only perform conventional hole and slot processing, but also handle various complex contour milling, irregular slotting, and surface engraving processes, easily meeting the increasingly diverse design requirements of modern panel furniture.
